Hi Friends, how is going your day, today I am going to share a delicious Vegetable Chow Mein Recipe with you. Vegetable Chow Mein is my favorite dish. Basically, it's very easy to make. You can just half an hour having a complete meal on the table and quick cooking.

 How to Make Delicious ''Vegetable Chow Mein Recipe''?

Ingredients:
  • Cabbage (chopped) 1

  • Onion (chopped) 1

  • Capsicums (chopped) 2

  • Carrots (chopped) 2

  • Green Chilies (chopped) 6

  • Bean Sprouts 1 cup

  • Spring Onions (chopped) 2 bunches

  • Noodles ½ packet

  • Chicken Cube 1

  • Red Chilies Flakes 1 tsp

  • Sesame Seed oil 1 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp

  • White Vinegar 2 tbsp

  • Chili Sauce 2 tbsp

  • Oil 3 tbsp

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:
  1. Boil the noodles, and add two tbsp oil while boiling, drains the water once boiled, and wash them with cold water.

  2. Add some oil to them in a pan and add some oil and golden brown the onion.

  3. Add One tsp ginger garlic paste and fry it.

  4. Add in chopped cabbage, chopped capsicum, two chopped capsicum, two chopped carrots, soya sauce, two tbsp white vinegar, salt, and chopped green chilies.

  5. Cook it for two minutes. Add in the noodles and cook again.

  6. Then add in chili sauce, red chili flakes, knorr chicken cube, and some salt.

  7. Mix it well then add one tsp sesame seed oil in the end, add one cup of bean sprouts and two bunch of green onion.

  8.  Serve hot and enjoy with your family and friends.
