Spicy Beef Back Ribs


Hi friends how are all ? Today i am back again with new super sample and delicious recipe That's of ''Spicy Beef Back Ribs". I am going to sharing with you something in this simple and easy made weekend delicious recipe. I really like ''Beef Back Ribs'' Because this is almost primal about eating tender and flavorful meat right off the bone and i guess they totally unleash the cavewoman in me. Whenever i spot them at whole foods that i want, i immediately buy them and i really enjoy to taste this dish with my friends and family. It would take your typical oven just to get hot. So now i am going to show you, how to make ''Spicy Beef Back Ribs''? Ingredients:

  • Beef Back Ribs 5 pounds ,   cut into sections
  • Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon 
  • Onion 1-1/2 cups     chopped 
  • Minced garlic 1 tablespoon 
  • Red pepper flakes 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoon    crushed 
  • Chili sauce 1-1/2 cups 
  • Water ½ cup      Fresh
  • Lemon juice 3 tablespoons     Fresh
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Instruction:

  1. Take One medium saucepan add oil over medium heat until got hot.
  2. Add Garlic, Paper Flakes and onion then cook for 5 minutes or until is tender.
  3. Add Water, Lemon juice and chilli sauce then bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer it for 5 minutes frequently stirring then season with salt and reserve 1/2 cup sauce for basting.
  5. Prepare the charcoal grill for an equal indirect cooking by igniting equal number of charcoal briquets on both side of fire grate.
  6. leave center open space when coals are on medium ash covered upto 25 minutes.
  7. Add 4 new briquets each sides then position your cooking grid with handles over the coals.
  8. Meat side up and place ribs, in large foil roasting pan.
  9. Pour the remaining sauce over the ribs and turn the ribs to coat cover it tightly with aluminum foil.
  10. Place the foil pan on cooking grid and cover with the grill lid and grill over medium heat for 1 hours or until the ribs are tender.
  11. Remove roasting pan from grill carefully and remove ribs from the pan and place meat side up on the grill rack.
  12. Baste the ribs with reserved sauce, grill, and covered for 10 to 15 minutes, turning and basting once.

Note: 

Add 3 to 4 additional briquets to the each side of fire grate every for 30 minutes or as necessary to the maintain proper heat during the grilling.
