Mango Lassi

Hi friends i am back with one more new delicious recipe called ''Mango Lassi'' it ensures your Mango remain fresh for longer and longer. In the hot weather is not conducive to Mango and summer start creeping in we can see Mango is getting mushier. If you get Mangoes big bag eat some of them right away and freeze other the rest for Lassi its healthy and it would be best for breakfast. 
Ingredients

·  2 mangoes  peeled and coarsely chopped

·  1 cup yogurt   thick  

·  1/4 cup milk 

·  1 tablespoon sugar   to taste 

·  Ice-cubes    4 to 5 cubes

·  Pinch of salt  

·  Freshly ground elaichi or cardamom   optional 


Instructions


1.  Blend the mango, yogurt, milk, sugar,salt, elaichi (if using) and ice-cubes until smooth. 

2. Taste, and adjust with extra sugar or salt. 

3. Garnish with a pinch of ground elaichi.


Optional Flavorings for Playing Around in Future


This recipe is like smoothie and you can adjust flavors based on your personal preferences  giving a few ideas for experimentation.


1.Saffron 

1/4 tsp dissolved in a little bit of milk; saffron’s quite a strong taste, but for those who like it, this goes really well with mango and tastes delicious.

2. Pistachoes 

Roughly crushed pistachoes added in the Lassi or sprinkled as garnish

 3. Toasted Coconut
