Chicken Cheese Balls

hi friends how are all? today i am Sharing another recipe that I tried this Rainy days and absolutely loved called ''Chicken Cheese Balls''. This recipe is really good especially with the melted cheese inside that I can see myself making in rainy days or sometime specially with my friends. Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken mince
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 2 bread slices
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes 
  • 1/2 cup onion,    chopped
  • 6 green chilies,    chopped
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 12 to 15 mozzarella cheese cubes    each cube 1 cm 
  • Dry flour      to roll
  • 1 beaten egg with 1/2 tablespoon water
  • Bread crumbs as required to roll   personally use Pinko style crumbs, but you can use normal as well 

Instructions


  • Put mince and all  ingredients into chopper except flour, cheese, egg and crumbs you can use also food processor when chopping ingredients, that's time don’t add them all into the processor as it sometimes its gets clogged up. 
  • Keeping the chopper running then add ingredients through feed tube that they get mixed properly.
  • Chop all the ingredients the mixture should be slightly chunky and not pasty.
  • Take mixture make a round flat disk on your hand and put the cheese cube in it  then roll it in a ball with your hands. 
  • Make all balls and keeping them on a tray once all the balls are made well then roll them in dry flour first and dip in beaten egg  with water mixture then finally in the breadcrumbs mixture.
  • Deep fry on medium heat till golden since the chicken mixture raw inside 
  • Make sure you don’t cook on high heat otherwise the outside will brown but inside will be raw the balls can be kept in the freezer and then fried when required.
  • Serve it hot as you want.
